The New Year is here! We have past the shortest day of the year, December 21, and now they each lengthen by 45 seconds to a minute until we reach the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. If you follow the sun like we do it is welcome respite from the cold, short days of winter. Although our work load is lighter during this period, we spend of our spare time preparing for the upcoming busy season of spring. And just like a lot of you we have set goals for 2014 and we are looking forward to making them happen – so let’s get to it!
Even though you might be hibernating until warmer weather we don’t mind being outside during winter. So if you are thinking about a new walkway, patio, irrigation, or new landscaping or freshen up the existing landscaping, let’s do it before we get really busy in the spring. And because this is the off-season we can extend some flexibility on our pricing as an added bonus. Big jobs, little jobs, it doesn't matter, just give us a shout or shoot us an email and we will get back to you promptly. In closing, we strive everyday at The Cottage Gardener to become better at we do by listening to our customers and by learning from both our mistakes and our successes. We are constantly evaluating new ideas and new technologies that will improve our delivery of services and to make doing business with us as easy as possible. We continue to publish our quarterly newsletter “Curb Appeal”. Click the newsletter tab to check it out. So enjoy your visit and please share your comments and feedback with us – it's very important!
